The staff at Unaka Internal Medicine, LLC, would like to make your first visit with us as comfortable as possible. We are certain that our friendly office and clinical staff will make every effort to attend to your particular needs. If you have any special needs, we ask that you contact our office in advance.
As with most visits to the physician, there is a certain amount of paperwork that needs to be completed prior to being treated. We ask that our new patients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Feel free to print our New Patient Form below to fill it out prior to your appointment.
Please bring your medications in their bottles to your first visit.
Dr. Miller takes great pride in being punctual for his office appointments. From time to time, patients may wait as much as an extra 30 minutes to see the physician or nurse practitioner, however, the majority of patients are seen on time. If you should desire to reschedule your appointment, we will be happy to work around your busy schedule.
